General Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

  • Orders will arrive within 2-5 business days after your order is placed via local courier services, unless otherwise stated on our website or via email.

  • Shipments are dispatched from our Hong Kong facility, and transit times may vary based on your location.

  • Note: We are currently unable to offer expedited shipping.

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number (if an email address was provided during checkout).

What if my package didn’t arrive?

  • If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please email us at hello@drinkinlieu.com. We will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue.

  • However, In Lieu is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect order or shipping information provided at checkout.

Where can I get free shipping?

  • Free shipping is available for orders over HKD 500 to most addresses in Hong Kong.

Do you ship overseas?

  • At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of Hong Kong.

What if I need to cancel or modify my order?

  • We process and ship orders quickly, so we may not be able to accommodate changes.

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us at hello@drinkinlieu.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damages & Refunds

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please email hello@drinkinlieu.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

    • A clear photo showing the damage to the product.

    • Your order number.

  • Once verified, we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.

What if I want a refund?

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at hello@drinkinlieu.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

How do I return an order?

  • If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact us at hello@drinkinlieu.com. Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products only.

Subscription Orders

  • For subscription-related inquiries, including modifications or cancellations, please email hello@drinkinlieu.com.

Can I ship products to multiple addresses?

  • Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

When will I receive my refund or credit?

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item’s arrival at our facility.

  • A refund notification will be sent via email once processed.
